EINSTEIN is a high yielding nabim Group 2 bread-making variety on the 2009-10 HGCA Recommended List.
Einstein has a similar yield potential, stiff, short straw, and has performed extremely well across a range of situations including first/second wheat and late drilling.
Einstein has good all-round disease resistance, particularly to eyespot which is very unusual in a bread-making variety. Einstein has good grain quality which is suitable for both domestic and overseas grists. Einstein is also suitable for organic situations.
